Since the start of the business back in 2001, we have only used free range chicken in all our dishes and pies (and only free range eggs). We are now also completely free range with our bacon, hams and sausages. Using only Blythburgh free range pork, our bacon, specially cured hams and award-winning sausages are made exclusively for us to our requirements by local reputable butchers.

We use these very local, unique and carefully sourced ingredients in the cafe and they are also available to buy from our shop.
